Smart Commodity Trades is the brand name under which commodity market research services are offered by Mukesh Tailor, an individual SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Registration No. INH000025887).
1. General Acknowledgments
By subscribing to the services offered by Mukesh Tailor (Smart Commodity Trades), SEBI Registration: INH000025887, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this consent document.
2. Scope of Services
The Research Analyst provides research reports and trading recommendations primarily in the commodity and securities markets. The recommendations are based on technical and fundamental analysis. You acknowledge that all calls/recommendations are strictly for informational and research purposes.
3. Risk of Loss
- You acknowledge that investments in the securities and commodities markets are subject to market risks.
- You accept that there is no assurance or guarantee that the objectives of any recommendations will be achieved.
4. No Assured Returns
We do not offer any assured returns, profit-sharing schemes, or guaranteed services. Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results. You agree not to hold the Research Analyst liable for any losses incurred.
5. Independent Decision Making
- The research reports and trading calls provided are meant to guide your independent research.
- You are solely responsible for executing trades based on your own risk profile and financial situation. We do not execute trades on your behalf.
6. KYC and Risk Profiling
You consent to provide accurate Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and complete a mandatory risk profiling questionnaire as required under SEBI regulations prior to the commencement of any services.
7. Fees and Charges
You acknowledge that subscription fees for research services are fully disclosed prior to onboarding. Fees paid are strictly for the research services provided and do not constitute an investment or deposit.
8. Official Payment Channels
- You agree to make payments only to the official, verified bank accounts of the Research Analyst.
- We will never ask for payments via personal UPI handles, crypto transfers, or unauthorized third-party payment gateways.
9. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All subscription fees paid for research services are strictly non-refundable. You explicitly agree to the "No Refund" policy under all circumstances once the service has been activated.
10. Communication Channels
You agree to receive research alerts, notifications, and communications strictly through our official, approved channels (e.g., authorized Telegram channels, email, or SMS). We will not communicate via unauthorized personal WhatsApp numbers.
11. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
- All research reports, trading strategies, and market intelligence provided are strictly confidential and protected by intellectual property laws.
- You agree not to reproduce, distribute, forward, or sell any proprietary research information provided to you. Violation of this clause will lead to immediate termination of services without a refund.
12. Disclosures and Conflict of Interest
The Research Analyst and its associates may have positions in the securities/commodities recommended. Appropriate disclosures will be made in the research reports as per SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
13. Disciplinary History
There are no pending material litigations or disciplinary actions against the Research Analyst by SEBI or any other regulatory authority that materially impacts the provision of services.
14. System or Network Failure
The Research Analyst shall not be held liable for any delays, failures, or inaccuracies in the transmission of recommendations due to internet latency, software glitches, network outages, or other unforeseeable technical issues.
15. Limitation of Liability
In no event will the Research Analyst, its employees, or associates be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the research services.
16. Grievance Redressal
In case of any grievances, you can contact the Compliance Officer at the official contact details provided on our website. Alternatively, disputes can be lodged on the SEBI SCORES platform.
17. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
All legal disputes or differences arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
18. Final Client Declaration
I confirm that I have not been induced by any false promises regarding guaranteed returns. I am voluntarily subscribing to the research services provided by Mukesh Tailor (Smart Commodity Trades). I understand that the Analyst acts solely as a SEBI Registered Research Analyst and not as a Portfolio Manager.
